Florida Man Accused Of Swapping Seats To Avoid DUI Charge

Florida man Lance Green was arrested on DUI charges last week. Green was accused of driving under the influence in Volusia County and crashing his Ram into a Ford truck at an intersection. After the accident, Green swapped seats with his passenger Susan “in an effort to portray Susan as the driver and not Lance,” a police report reads. Green refused certain DUI tests and was booked into jail. (Fox 35 Orlando)
