Talk about a fixer-upper! A California home that was crushed by a giant tree is for sale for half a million dollars. The 645-square foot home was listed a week ago, and there are already offers. “The problem with a house like this is you can’t get a loan, so you have to come in with all cash,” realtor Kevin Wheeler said.
