Gen Z and millennials are more stressed about getting older than Gen X and boomers are, a survey of 2,000 American women found. 40% of Gen Zers and 38% of millennials feel older than their age, and 76% of all respondents are trying to get older with “grace.” Almost half of women notice the first signs of aging by age 40. “’Tech neck’ refers to wrinkles that can appear across the neck due to the position of the head and face when looking down at a laptop or phone for long periods of time,” Dr. Alexis Stephens of NEOSTRATA said. “Time spent on preventing these key signs of aging will help women to feel and look their age in the long-term.” (swnsdigital)
