The annual WalletHub report on the “Happiest States in America” found that Hawaii and Maryland take the top spots. The survey examined 30 key metrics including emotional, physical, economic, and social well-being. “Hawaii’s natural beauty and laid-back lifestyle contribute significantly to residents’ happiness,” Dr. Buffie Longmire-Avita said. New Jersey, Utah, and Delaware round out the top five. As for the unhappiest states, Louisiana, Arkansas, and West Virginia are at the bottom. (Study Finds)
