Police Minister’s Purse Stolen As She Gives Theft Speech

British Policing Prime Minister Dame Diana Johnson was giving a speech on theft when her own purse was stolen. Dame Diana was attending a conference for senior police officers in a hotel on Tuesday when her valuables were swiped. “Too many town centres and high streets across the country have been gripped by an epidemic of anti-social behaviour, theft and shoplifting,” Dame Diana said, possibly while her own valuables headed out the door.
