Researchers in Cameroon have discovered that a grasshopper-based diet could lead to better sleep, healthier hair, and a strong sex drive. Scientists found that rats who changed their diet experienced a healthier weight, better sleep patterns, and improved sex lives and hair quality after 12 weeks. “Our findings highlight the significant potential of edible insects like Ruspolia nitidula as alternative protein sources,” lead author Ngnaniyyi Abdoul said.
