While past photos show the singer with rounded shoulders and a forward slouch, Swift stands tall in pictures from her Eras tour. A specialist on TikTok known as Posture Mike says Swift had a “rounded upper back” which can cause the head to hang forward. On his TikTok account under @postureguy, Mike gives some exercises that can help with this problem. One exercise involves lying on your back with your legs elevated and bent at 90 degrees.
