A research team from Nokia Bell Labs has compiled a list of the jobs most and least likely to be impacted by AI. The study analyzed over 24,000 AI-related patents filed between 2015 and 2022 to create an Artificial Intelligence Impact score for various professions. Cardiovascular technologists, sound engineering technicians, and nuclear medicine technologists have the highest levels of AI vulnerability. On the other end of the spectrum, pile driver operators, dredge operators, and aircraft cargo handling supervisors are least vulnerable to AI innovations. However, the study only analyzed U.S. patent data, so global innovations were not taken into consideration. (Study Finds)
