The head brewmaster at the oldest brewery in the world has released a shocking statistic: nonalcoholic wheat beer now makes up 10% of its total volume. Brewmaster Tobias Zollo of Weihenstephan himself enjoys an alcohol-free beer with lunch. “You can’t drink beer every day—Unfortunately,” Zollo joked.
