Woman Sues, Claiming Sparse Subway Sandwich

Anna Tollison was excited to eat a Steak & Cheese Subway sandwich she bought over the summer, but ended up disappointed in the amount of meat in her meal. In a class-action lawsuit filed in Brooklyn on Monday, Tollison accused the photos on the Subway mobile app of being “misleading.” The lawsuit claims that the photos in the app “contained well over 200% more meat than what was in the actual sandwich.” The suit seeks to represent other New Yorkers who have bought this sandwich over the past three years.
