An unverified clip on social media appears to show a North Korean soldier in Russia watching women dancing on his phone. Kyiv reported that Pyongyang has sent 11,000 North Korean troops to Russia, and rumors are flying that these soldiers, who have restricted internet access in their own country, have discovered lewd content. “A usually reliable source tells me that the North Korean soldiers who have deployed to Russia have never had unfettered access to the internet before.
