Tourist Accused Of Carving Names Into Tokyo Shrine

A 65-year-old American tourist has been accused of using his fingernails to carve letters into a shrine in Tokyo. Japanese police say Steve Lee Hayes vandalized a pillar at the Shinto shrines on his second day in the country. Hayes was arrested the next day after officials reviewed security footage.
