A Florida man was arrested for lying about his identity after forgetting who he said he was, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office reported. 54-year-old Richard Hallmark told a PCSO officer that his name was Robert Hallmark during a traffic stop. He then claimed to have a brother named Robert, and admitted to lying about his name due to an outstanding warrant. The officer reportedly found marijuana and methamphetamine in the vehicle. Hallmark has since been charged with two felonies and three misdemeanors. (West Orlando News)
