Man Disrupts TV Interview About Women Feeling Unsafe In Public Spaces

While filming an interview with ITV about women in the U.K. feeling unsafe in public spaces, a mother and daughter had to abruptly stop when a man interrupted them and became aggressive. The interview was discussing a violent incident where a stranger attempted to assault the daughter. Despite efforts to explain and ask the man to wait on one of the other available benches nearby, he refused and turned threatening, ultimately prompting the group to leave for safety. Ironically, the interview was about a charity’s campaign for creating safer spaces for women. (ITV)
