Police have arrested seven suspects in connection to drug activity at New Jersey’s Rutgers university. An undercover sting called “Operation RU Pharm” reportedly found “a closed and private social media network utilized by Rutgers University students to sell and purchase narcotics.” Middlesex County police say they uncovered marijuana, LSD, cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms, Adderall, Xanax, and a firearm in the bust. Police say students had to prove they were part of the Rutgers “family” to have access to the network. All arrested suspects are in their early 20s. The investigation is ongoing. (newser)
