Faramarz Lahijani, a Mega Millions winner who previously claimed half of a $394 million jackpot a year ago, is now suing the California Lottery to receive the other half of the prize, alleging that he had both winning tickets but only received payment for one. Lahijani, who says he purchased both tickets at an Encino gas station and used the same numbers for 30 years, submitted a claim for the missing ticket just days before it expired, although the lottery states that only one winning ticket was turned in and Lahijani cannot locate the second one.
