Wyoming police pulled over a vehicle that was completely covered in Christmas lights. The Highway Patrol shared a post on Instagram featuring the illuminated Ford Mustang, which was completely wrapped in string lights. Police remind residents that while covering a car in lights “might look cool and be festive, we would to remind you that it is illegal.” The statute states that “no person shall drive or move any vehicle or equipment upon any highway with any lamp or device thereon capable of displaying a red or blue light visible from directly in front of the center thereof.” (UPI)
