A Scotch survey of 2,000 Americans who celebrate winter holidays found that 23% of respondents would say they loved a gift that they actually disliked. About half said they have used their “resting gift face” during the holidays to mask their disappointment. Over the past three years, the average person has received two gifts they didn’t like. Top responses for disliked gifts include: “Thank you for thinking of me” and “It’s the thought that counts.” (swnsdigital)
