YouTuber and Flat Earther Jeran Campanella travelled to Antarctica to see if the sun really doesn’t set there during the southern hemisphere’s summer. According to his Flat Earth belief, there should be a wall of ice where the sun rises and sets every day. However, accepted science states that due to the tilt of the round earth, the sun moves in a circle in the sky at this time of year. “Sometimes you are wrong in life and I thought there was no 24-hour sun,” Campanella said. “And it’s a fact – the sun does circle you in the south.” However, he stopped short of saying the earth is round.
