On Monday, a coyote ended up on an Aldi refrigerated shelf in a Chicago-area store. The animal was reportedly removed from the shelf without injury. A police officer used a broom to poke the animal before pulling it out. “It picked an odd location. They do this sometimes. They make a mistake,” Stan Gehrt of the Cook County Coyote Project said. “They’re trying to hide from us.” (UPI)
