Where is the best place to be for singles under 35? Hims created a list of top 25 counties based on number of single households, ages, restaurant volume, and proximity to a major city. Washington, D.C. has the highest percentage of single households. New York City, Chicago, and Philadelphia also made the list. Counties containing major college towns, like Ames, Iowa and Athens, Georgia, are also good places for singles to mingle.
