11 people have been accused of stealing $440,000 worth of Nike shoes from a train traveling through Arizona. Noe Cecena-Castro and 10 others were charged on February 11th. A BNSF train was stopped on January 13th due to a cut air hose, and a police officer reported seeing Nike cases beside the train shortly after. Other witnesses spotted the cases being loaded into a U-haul truck. Authorities later uncovered 1,985 pairs of unreleased shoes. In these types of thefts, the merchandise is usually later sold online. (AOL)
