A study from the University College London found that most of us are actually “morning” people! Researchers analyzed data from over 49,000 participants and found that respondents generally report having better mental health and increased happiness earlier in the day. Respondents feel their worst around midnight. For problem-solving, most evidence suggests that the late morning is the most productive time. “Our study suggests that people’s mental health and wellbeing could fluctuate over time of day,” Dr. Feifei Bu said.
