Over the weekend, Elon Musk told federal government workers to send an email explaining what they did in the past week, or risk termination. As supposed copies of the message made their way to the internet, some netizens decided to flood the government inbox. “How about everyone in the US send an email to that address and tell Elon what you did last week!” X user John Dietrich wrote. One user claimed they spent the week wearing weird sunglasses inside and posting 1,782 times. Other screenshots of replies appear to make fun of the billionaire. Musk has implied that he believes non-existent people are collecting federal employee paychecks. (Daily Dot)
