Attractive people can earn $20,000 more annually than more average-looking peers, a survey of 1,050 Americans found. 81.3% of those polled believe “pretty privilege” exists at work, and CEOs are twice as likely to rate themselves as extremely attractive. 78.9% of participants feel pressured to spend money on how they look to keep up in the workplace. However, it’s unclear if attractive people succeed because of their looks, or if successful people simply spend more on their appearance, becoming more attractive in the process. (Study Finds)
