Do you miss a specific product from your childhood? A Talker Research survey done on behalf of User Testing found that two-thirds of Americans would pay more for their favorite retired products. Some of the 2,000 respondents listed foods and products they’d like to see again, including: Sega and Nintendo consoles; Crystal Pepsi; Blackberry phones; iPods; and Bubblegum Jeans. “While nostalgia can spark preference, true loyalty is built on experience,” Bobby Meixner of UserTesting said. “A great experience keeps customers coming backâhow a brand engages plays a critical role in long-term commitment.” (Talker Research)
