An analysis from parfumdreams has discovered that more and more Americans are removing their breast implants. While the total number of implants still outnumbers removals, the shift toward “explants” could indicate a “movement towards a more natural and athletic physique,” a report by the Aesthetic Society and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons reads. There may also be a generational shift: In 2015, people under 30 accounted for one-third of breast enlargements, but today, this age group accounts for just 17% of implants. 35% of Millennials think cosmetic surgery makes someone “less attractive.” (AOL)
