71-year-old Donald Gorske has eaten an average of 600 Big Macs a year since 1972. In total, he’s eaten around 35,000 iconic burgers. So how is his health? “His blood sugar has been normal, his cholesterol has been exceptionally good,” Gorske’s wife said. The Big Mac lover credits his clean bill of health to his six-mile walks. He also avoids adding fries to his McDonald’s meals. However, he does not encourage others to follow his diet. “I might be the only person alive who could eat Big Macs every day without ill effects,” Gorske joked. Most medical advice states that consuming large quantities of fat and salt increase heart disease risk. (dailymail.co.uk)
