The incident occurred on May 6th when the Ocala Police Department responded to a call regarding a woman who would not pay her bill. Mark’s Prime Steakhouse claimed the woman owed $99.53. When an officer attempted to escort the suspect out of the restaurant, she reportedly became agitated and punched the officer with her fist in his private area.
