24-year-old Elisheva White is using American Sign Language to help pay for graduate school! The Utah student, whose father is deaf, is creating viral TikTok videos where she covers popular songs in ASL. “I’ve been signing songs for my dad at various events anytime there is a song that I want him to experience with me,” White said. She’s been sharing covers since April, and has since gone viral. So far, White has some brand deals that help pay for her degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. “I do the ASL covers, yes, to hopefully pay for grad school, but also to share my deep love of music with my dad,” she said.
