According to new research, the average American only feels “fully healthy” for 19 days per typical month. A survey of 2,000 U.S. adults found that only 28% reported being in complete health at the time, while 72% described their wellness as moderate or poor. Respondents self-reported feeling fully healthy an average of just 19 days monthly, with common issues including digestive problems, fatigue, mood changes, and headaches. The survey, conducted by Talker Research on behalf of Doctor’s Best, revealed that 51% of participants live with recurring health problems lasting 6 months or longer. Gut-related concerns, such as bloating and constipation, afflict about one-third. (Talker Research)
