A recent survey of 2,000 millennial moms conducted by Talker Research on behalf of Sun-Maid Farmstand Reserve found that nearly a third of respondents get less than 30 minutes of alone time each day. Majority of the moms surveyed rarely have a moment to themselves during the day, with one in seven admitting to always forgetting what day it is due to their busy schedules. The study also showed that half of the moms can’t remember the last time they didn’t feel rushed through a meal, with many opting for quick snack breaks in the car or while multitasking. The survey highlighted the challenges millennial moms face in finding time for themselves and enjoying moments of solitude. (Talker Research)
