Tourist Rolls on Ground in Tantrum Over Baggage Fees at Major Airport

A passenger at Italy’s Milan Malpensa Airport, reportedly a Chinese national, was set to board a flight on June 8th when gate staff informed her that her bag exceeded the weight limit and additional fees would be required. The passenger reacted negatively, engaging in an outburst described as a “toddler-style tantrum.” Eyewitnesses, including airport police and airline personnel, observed the middle-aged woman rolling on the floor, waving her arms, and screaming. At one point, she resorted to stomping her feet while lying flat on the ground. Ultimately, the passenger was reportedly denied boarding and rebooked on a later flight. (Daily Beast)
