One-third of Americans find their mornings disrupted by missing key steps in their routines, according to a survey of 2,000 U.S. adults. Simple tasks like making fresh coffee or tea, brushing teeth, and drinking water can set the tone for the day. Half of respondents gauge their day’s trajectory based on their alertness upon waking, with 49% stating that their morning greatly influences the quality of their day. The study, commissioned by Naturepedic and conducted by Talker Research, found that it takes an average of 25 minutes for individuals to feel fully awake after sleeping. Morning routines typically include activities like brushing teeth, drinking water, and stretching, lasting around 30 minutes. Additionally, the survey revealed that good sleep is crucial for a positive day ahead. (Talkerresearch)
