A recent survey conducted by Talker Research on behalf of Boston Scientific found that 11% of U.S. men aged 60 and older have experienced urinary incontinence, with 58% not discussing it with their doctors. Additionally, 72% dismissed their health issues, 20% avoided seeking medical help, and 13% felt embarrassed about discussing their health problems. Despite the impact on their lives and mental health, 65% of men believe there is a stigma surrounding urinary incontinence.
