Massachusetts topped the list, excelling in healthcare and family-friendliness. North Dakota, Minnesota, New Hampshire, and Maine rounded out the top five best states. At the bottom, West Virginia, Oklahoma, Florida, Arkansas, and New Mexico were among the worst-performing states, scoring poorly in areas like healthcare and family-friendliness. The District of Columbia was ranked number one for baby-friendliness, but placed 10th overall.
