Most Employees Think AI Should Be Making Management Decisions

A new survey by Resume Now reveals nearly 60% of U.S. companies use AI tools at work. Among 900 workers surveyed, 73% want AI involved in major decisions like hiring, layoffs, and budgeting. They believe AI would make workplaces more fair and efficient, with 66% seeing AI leadership as reducing bias and favoritism. While 54% trust AI for unbiased performance feedback and goal-setting, 62% prefer human supervisors to remain accountable.
