Tate McRae has claimed the top spot on Australia’s ARIA Singles Chart for the first time, with her latest single, Housewife, making its debut at No. 1.
The latest chart results confirm another major success for the Canadian pop singer, whose music continues to find an audience beyond North America.
Housewife becomes McRae’s sixth top 10 single in Australia, surpassing her previous best chart position with Greedy, which peaked at No. 2 in 2023.
The new release adds to a growing collection of successful singles for McRae, who has built an international following through her pop music and live performances.
Meanwhile, Olivia Rodrigo also enjoys a strong week on the Australian chart.
Her song Expectations jumps from No. 78 to No. 2 following the release of an updated version featuring Chappell Roan.
The two tracks now occupy the highest positions on the singles chart, placing three prominent pop artists at the center of the week’s rankings.
With Housewife leading the chart, McRae has secured her strongest Australian singles performance to date.
