Kid Cudi, Halsey and J.Cole will headline the 2022 Governors Ball Music Festival, set to take place Friday, June 10th through Sunday, June 12th at the Citi Field complex in Queens, New York.
Founders Entertainment announced Tuesday (Jan. 25th) that they will be joined across the weekend by performers including Flume, Playboi Carti, Roddy Ricch, Glass Animals, Migos, Jack Harlow, Kaytranada, Joji, Louis The Child, Clairo, Jazmine Sullivan, Still Woozy, 100 Gecs, Japanese Breakfast, Becky G, Black Pumas and many more.
It appears that it may be the first stop of many for Kid Cudi who went on Twitter shortly after the announcement to promise fans a world tour. He wrote, “There will be a tour this year. Been plannin since last year. Justtttt wait”
Halsey also appears to have big plans, following up a tweet about the Governors Ball with, “thinking I’m ready for summer domination or smth idk maybe not I’ll get back to u on how im feeling about it.”
Tickets for the festival go on sale Thursday, January 27th, following a two-day pre-sale for Citi Cardmembers.
