THE DREAM SPEAKS ON BEYONCE RECORDING 'BREAK MY SOUL': The Dream has opened up about Beyonce recording her new hit “Break My Soul.” While speaking with fellow ‘Renaissance’ producer Nile Rodgers on Apple Music’s Deep Hidden Meaning Radio, the producer said about the project, “Some of these songs, people think they’re written on the spot, or maybe months ago. But you know as well as I do, a song can be five years old, three years old, 10, they can go back, so you just never know exactly when that song was written.” He continued, I’ll definitely say it wasn’t like ‘Break My Soul’ was written yesterday. Some of these songs, you have to just wait for a special moment. It was a song for her, definitely. I can’t wait until she tells the story about how personal it is to her when she actually tried to record it the first time, because there’s just such a deeper meaning literally behind this song for her, and I can’t wait for her to express it.” ‘Renaissance’ arrives on July 29.

But I did the choreography for the submission. And then I & @antoinetroupe choreographed the video.” She added, “and honestly we helped direct it on the day because the shoot was a mess…but we can just let that part go.” She continued, “and there was a whole 12 dancers that were booked that can back that up. Man..” DaniLeigh responded, “Hi, I picked YALL and gave u the opportunity, you guys were jus selfish and wanted all the credit when u always got ur credit for choreography. I always say I directed it…never claim choreography, it’s on the credits of the video.” She added, “Prince hand picked me, FOUND ME!! Wanted to give ME the opportunity, wanted to continue to help ME in my career…he didn’t continue to use Y’all for projects becus he saw how y’all did ME.”
