Matt Healy recently kissed a fan onstage with his band 1975 in Las Vegas after previously admitting to feeling sexualized by fans. During a performance of "Robbers," Healy pulled a woman out of the crowd and kissed her briefly.
The woman, who's 24 and her name is Isabella, took to social media to speak on the moment, saying, "On a real note I do want to state some facts before we get any farther, i had this on my phone because he mentioned at some point “I can only make out with you," she wrote along with a picture that read 'So we making out?" She continued, "So I did this, he saw it and brought me up, HE ASKED before he kissed me! Also I’m a grown age of 24."
Previously, Healy told The Guardian that he often feels sexualized by fans. He said, "People were having a romantic relationship with the band, I was sexualised to a certain extent; it was sexy, in the way that leather jackets and smoking and all that kind of s*** was sexy."
But he admitted he found this depiction difficult because he was struggling with his mental health as he hadn't dealt with some traumatic "early sexual experiences."
