The new dates have been announced for Madonna's previously sold-out “The Celebration Tour,” which was postponed in June following her hospitalization for a serious bacterial infection. It will now kick off in October in Europe and runs through early December. The North American leg then immediately follows begins December 13th in Brooklyn, with rescheduled shows taking place through April.
But several shows have been canceled due to scheduling conflicts: July 27 in Tulsa, Dec. 22 in Nashville, Jan. 15 in San Francisco, Jan. 18 in Las Vegas, and Jan. 20 in Phoenix.
Madonna's tour was originally supposed to begin July 15 in Vancouver, but needed to be postponed after she was rushed to the hospital on June 24 due to a “serious bacterial infection” that landed her in the ICU and nearly killed her.
