A recent study published in the Archives of Women’s Mental Health found that moms still carry the mental load when it comes to household tasks…and this extra stress could be taking a toll. Researchers asked 322 mothers about who is responsible for 30 household tasks. Mothers reported doing more chores, and also doing more planning and anticipating domestic work.
