Baltimore police have arrested a 67-year-old named Daniel Kerins for allegedly stealing four speed cameras around the city. Officials are continuing to investigate other camera thefts in the area to see if Kerins is linked to them as well. Kerins allegedly cut through locks protecting the devices with a grinder saw. So far, none of the cameras have been found. “We’re still working to figure out what he did with these cameras,” Lt. Charles James said. The motive for stealing the cameras remains unclear.
