Stranger Obtains Deed To $4 Million Dollar Home

Raleigh resident Craig Adams recently discovered that his $4 million dollar home is no longer his. The house is now in the name of a complete stranger who allegedly filed “a false warranty claim deed against the house.” Dr. Adams now says he has to file a civil suit against the person who may be trying to steal his house from under him. The woman who filed claims she thought the home had been abandoned. The Wake County Sheriff’s Department has since charged Dawn Mangum with knowingly filing a fraudulent deed. (Oddity Central)
