Rented Cybertruck Reportedly Used To Ram Package Thief

A vigilante apparently used a rented green Cybertruck to ram an alleged thief into a tree. The justice-seeker reportedly used the Turo app to rent the vehicle and used it to force an accused porch pirate off the road. Stefan Phelps posted footage of the incident to Facebook: Video shows the futuristic truck accelerating to catch someone running with a package in their hands. The alleged mail thief tries to get away in a black sedan, but the Cybertruck forces the getaway vehicle into a tree. “About to find out how good T[uro]’s insurance is…” Phelps, who owns the Cybertruck involved in the incident, wrote. “Hopeful that it all works out but down to one car for a little while.” (Futurism)
