A recent survey by Canadian casino website Gamblizard reveals that 43% of Americans would be willing to leave their romantic partner for $1 million. Shockingly, 40% would accept $33 million even if it meant someone else’s financial ruin, with an additional 46% considering it depending on the circumstances. The survey also shows that Americans are willing to compromise on various moral values for money, including embarrassing themselves for as little as $500. Despite this, many would prioritize buying a home or giving to charity if they were to suddenly come into wealth. (Studyfinds)
